High blood pressure is not a disease but a warning to set your system of the body right. Nowadays so many people are suffering from this curse and helplessly living a miserable life. High blood pressure can lead to paralysis, failure of kidneys, defect in eyesights, extreme weakness and heart diseases etc.

Globally, 9.4 million people die every year and 1.5 billion people worldwide suffer because of high blood pressure or hypertension. It is the biggest single risk factor for death worldwide causing heart disease, stroke, and kidney disease and diabetes.

Sometimes High blood pressure doesn’t give any symptoms, It is an extremely common cardiovascular disease. It usually results from a decrease in the elasticity or a reduction in the interior diameter of the arteries or both vessels.

Healthy body happens on purpose and you have to work for it. With some awareness in mind, anyone can pass this battle powerfully. Life is so beautiful to live healthily and you deserve abundance.
